Theatre Group: The Naked Pianist

As their major performance for this school year, the Gimnazija Vič Slovene Drama Group worked on Goli pianist (The Naked Pianist), a dark comedy by celebrated Slovenian writer, Matjaž Zupančič.

Under the mentorship of Žiga Regina, the group worked on the play itself while also dealing with everything to do with the technical side of the performance.

This allowed students to demonstrate their abilities in everything from acting and costume design through to the sound and lighting. All the hard work paid off when the performances took place at the end of March and beginning of April. In the evenings, the audience was made up of friends, family, and the general public while the daytime shows were put on so that other students were able to take the time to appreciate the play.
